Product Variances:

Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.

All of our materials are sourced ethically & may have variances. Leather may be a slightly different colour or have subtle markings. Wooden beads may show different shades & have beautiful nuances such as knots within the timber. This is all part of the charm of buying small run production & handmade.

Refunds/Exchanges:

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please choose carefully as we do not exchange for choosing incorrectly.

If you deem a product faulty please send an email to hello@palomapeach.com to arrange a replacement. This must be done within 5 business days of receiving your product.

We take great care in ensuring your parcels protect their contents but once your parcel has left our HQ it is out of our control. In the rare instance your product is damaged in transit or goes missing we are not held responsible.
